FAQ
The most common questions about price, process, delivery and support.
It depends on scope: a single-page site takes about 1 week, a business website 3 weeks, an online store 5 weeks. Custom software is scoped with you and starts at roughly 10 weeks for an MVP with written boundaries. The schedule starts once your content reaches me.
Pricing varies with page count, custom design needs, extras (multilingual, API integrations), content production, and project complexity. Landing pages 5-12K ₺, corporate sites 15-35K ₺, e-commerce 20-75K ₺. See our corporate website pricing guide.
A corporate website is a professional platform where companies present their products/services, showcase references, and communicate with customers. It typically includes Home, About, Services, References, Blog, and Contact pages, and is easily updated via a CMS.
Over 70% of web traffic comes from mobile devices, making responsive design mandatory. Google uses mobile-first indexing, so non-mobile-friendly sites rank lower. Non-mobile sites also see a 53% bounce rate. See our responsive web design guide for details.
An SEO-friendly site is optimized to rank higher on Google and other search engines. It includes technical SEO (speed, SSL, mobile-friendly), on-page SEO (meta tags, headings), and content optimization. Under the Raxana brand, all sites are built to SEO standards.
Premium ready themes (12-18K ₺) work for tight budgets; custom design (25-40K ₺) is recommended for a unique brand identity. Ready themes ship fast but limit customization. Custom design gives you a unique, unrivaled look.
Yes. Under the Raxana brand, I provide 1 year of free technical support, including security updates, bug fixes, and minor content changes. Major updates and new features are quoted separately. Support requests are answered within 48 hours.
The domain must be registered in your name so you don't depend on any agency. I register the domain for you and hand over the management panel credentials. You retain full ownership.
Hosting is the server service where your website files are stored. Under the Raxana brand, I work with reliable hosting providers and include 1 year of hosting in the package price (worth 1,500-3,000 ₺). Annual hosting fees apply from year two onward.
I provide CMS admin training, so simple updates (text, image changes) can be done by you. Technical updates (WordPress, plugin updates) and design changes are handled by me. Bug fixes within 1 year are free.
Yes, I build multilingual sites in Turkish, English, German, Arabic and more. For WordPress I use WPML or Polylang; for custom software I use manual translation systems. Each language adds +2,500-5,000 ₺.
Design trends change quickly, so we recommend renewal every 3-4 years. However, regular small updates (blog posts, visuals) keep your site current. The technical stack (WordPress, PHP) must always be kept up to date, otherwise security risks emerge.
You need a trade registry/tax certificate, bank account (for virtual POS), distance sales contract, and KVKK disclosure. Technically: domain, hosting, SSL certificate, and e-commerce software (WooCommerce or custom). See our e-commerce setup guide.
Online stores are delivered in about 5 weeks. The timeline depends on how many products there are, whether the product data is ready, the shipping and payment integrations, and setting up a test order and the returns flow.
For SMBs and startups, WooCommerce (25-45K ₺) is cost-effective and fast. For 10,000+ products, B2B, or marketplace structures, custom software (50-150K ₺) is recommended. WooCommerce is flexible with thousands of plugins; custom gives full control.
iyzico, PayTR, and Stripe are the most popular providers. They connect to your site via API integration. Commission rates range from 2.49-2.9%. I include virtual POS setup in the package price under the Raxana brand. 3D Secure and SSL are mandatory.
Yes, SSL (HTTPS) is a legal requirement for e-commerce and a Google requirement. It encrypts payment data and increases customer trust. Credit card transactions cannot be processed without SSL. Free Let's Encrypt SSL or paid certificates ($50-200/year) can be used.
APIs of carriers like Aras, MNG, Yurtiçi, PTT are integrated into your e-commerce site. This provides automatic shipping cost calculation, tracking number dispatch, and customer notifications. My packages include 2-3 shipping integrations.
Yes, modern e-commerce systems handle inventory automatically. Stock drops on order, alerts trigger at low levels. Variant (size, color) level stock tracking is available. WooCommerce and custom software both provide detailed stock reports.
E-commerce SEO focuses on product page optimization (unique description, alt text), site speed, mobile compatibility, and structured data (Product schema). Category pages and blog content drive organic traffic. Our local SEO guide covers e-commerce strategies.
iyzico charges 2.49% + 0.25 ₺, PayTR 2.90%, Stripe 2.9% + $0.30. Bank-issued virtual POS rates are negotiated (usually 2-3%). Our e-commerce pricing guide has a detailed cost analysis.
Absolutely! All my e-commerce projects use mobile-first responsive design. Since 65% of e-commerce traffic comes from mobile, mobile checkout optimization is critical. Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other fast-payment methods are also supported.
Yes, N11, Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Çiçeksepeti and other marketplaces can be integrated via API. Stock and price sync are automatic. This feature adds extra cost (3,000-8,000 ₺ per integration) and is easier with custom software projects.
Yes, regular security updates, backups, and performance optimization are needed. Product additions are usually done by you, but technical updates require support. Maintenance packages start at 1,000 ₺/month. Learn more in my website maintenance guide.
There is no single timeline for custom software; it is set together with the scope. An MVP with written boundaries starts at around 10 weeks, and broader systems take longer. I work in two-week cycles and show a working build at the end of each one.
Backend: PHP and Python; frontend: JavaScript (React, Vue.js). Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB. I recommend the most suitable technology stack for your project's needs.
I integrate with payment systems (iyzico, Stripe), shipping companies (Aras, MNG), SMS services (Netgsm), and accounting software (Logo, Mikro) via RESTful API or SOAP. Secure API key management and error handling are included.
Invoice creation, stock tracking, order management, email sending, social media posting, report generation — all repetitive tasks are candidates. I develop bots and schedulers in Python. Saves 60-80% in time and cost.
Yes, I develop cross-platform (iOS and Android) apps with React Native and Flutter. A single codebase cuts cost and time by 40-50%. Progressive Web App (PWA) solutions are also offered.
We work on a man-hour basis or fixed-price (per project). Simple CRUD apps 15-30K ₺, mid-scale systems 40-80K ₺, enterprise solutions 100K+ ₺. We can start with a PoC (Proof of Concept) pilot.
I use Git for version control. A private repository is created on GitHub or GitLab; all code history is preserved. Branch strategy (main, develop, feature) enables parallel development. Source code belongs to you; I hand over access after project completion.
We go through Unit test, integration test, and UAT (User Acceptance Test) phases. Automated tests (PHPUnit, Pytest) maintain code quality. Tests are run in a staging environment, then deployed to production after your approval. Bug-fixing is covered by 1-year support.
I design normalized databases via Entity-Relationship diagrams. Performance is improved through indexing, query optimization, and caching (Redis, Memcached). Partitioning and sharding are used for large data. Regular backup and disaster recovery plans are included.
For scalability and cost flexibility, cloud (AWS, Azure, Hetzner) is recommended. If you have a fixed load and want control, on-premise may suit. Under the Raxana brand, I offer cloud migration and devops services. Load balancing and auto-scaling are supported.
The first year of technical support is free. From year two, monthly maintenance is about 10-15% of the software cost (e.g., 5-7.5K/year for a 50K project). Security patches, minor bug fixes, and small improvements are included. New features are quoted separately.
I work in sprints (2-week cycles). A demo and feedback session happens at the end of each sprint. Daily standup meetings track progress. Tasks are managed via Jira or Trello. This flexible iterative process adapts quickly to changes.
Maintenance includes WordPress/plugin updates, security scans, backups, and performance optimization. Sites that are not kept up to date are at risk of being hacked. Our web security guide explains the importance. Monthly maintenance packages range 500-2,000 ₺.
WordPress core receives 1-2 updates per month; plugins update weekly. Critical security updates must be applied immediately. Always back up before updating because of compatibility risk. I apply automatic updates plus manual testing for safety.
At least 30 days of backup history should be kept. Critical e-commerce sites need daily backups; small sites can use weekly. Store backups in the cloud (Google Drive, Dropbox), not only on the server. Plugins like UpdraftPlus, BackupBuddy automate backups.
First, take the site offline. Change all passwords (hosting, FTP, database, wp-admin). Restore from a clean backup. Run a malware scan (Sucuri, Wordfence). If Google Search Console shows "security issues," submit a cleaning request. Install a firewall and security plugin.
Done right, it doesn't. Keep 301 redirects intact and minimize downtime (migrate during low-traffic hours). DNS changes can take 24-48 hours. Notify Google of IP changes. If page speed improves (better server), SEO benefits positively.
Page speed is a Google ranking factor. Load times over 3 seconds cause a 53% bounce rate. Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) have directly affected rankings since 2021. Our Cloudflare CDN guide has speed tips. Target: PageSpeed Score >85.
Cloudflare provides CDN, DDoS protection, firewall, and SSL. The free plan is enough for most sites. It increases your site speed by 40-60% and saves bandwidth. The Pro plan ($20/month) adds image optimization and WAF.
Basic email hosting (info@yoursite.com) is usually included but limited (5-10 accounts, 10GB storage). For corporate email, Google Workspace ($6/user/month) or Microsoft 365 is recommended. Domain-based email adds professionalism.
Under the Raxana brand, I provide 1 year of free support: bug fixes, security updates, small content changes (text, images). Major changes (new page, adding features) are charged hourly or per package. Support requests are answered within 48 hours.
Critical issues are addressed within 2-4 hours of detection. We don't offer 24/7 emergency support, but important clients get a WhatsApp emergency line. Downtime is minimized; a temporary maintenance page is shown if needed. SLA is defined in custom contracts.
Yes. The domain and hosting are in your name, so you can move anywhere. Source files and database belong to you. Migration uses cPanel backup or FTP file download. Under the Raxana brand, I support migration and never block it.
The project contract ends with delivery, but the 1-year support SLA starts automatically. Year two offers an optional annual support contract or project-based work. Domain/hosting renewals are your responsibility; I send reminders.
