This is the marketing site for the freelance software development work Arda Karaosmanoğlu does under the name Raxana Yazılım. This page is short because there is very little data to describe.
In short
There are no forms on this site, no accounts, and no server-side records. The site is entirely static. You are never asked for your name, email or phone number, and there is no field in which to enter them. Your visit is not written to any database.

The only things stored in your browser
The site keeps exactly three entries on your device. All three stay in your browser and are never sent to me:

You can clear these from your browser settings at any time. The site keeps working afterwards — it just forgets your preferences.
What this site does not do
- No Google Analytics or any other analytics or tracking tool.
- No advertising or profiling cookies.
- No social media pixels or tracking scripts.
- No personal data is sold, rented or shared with third parties.
The price calculator
Your selections are calculated in your browser only and are not stored anywhere. When you press "Send on WhatsApp", your choices are composed into a message and opened in your WhatsApp app. You decide whether to send it — nothing reaches me unless you do.
When you contact me
If you reach me on WhatsApp, by email or by phone, I use what is in that conversation only to answer you and, if it goes ahead, to run the work. Those conversations live in the relevant platform's own infrastructure (WhatsApp, my email provider) under that platform's privacy terms. I keep them for a reasonable period after the work ends, and delete them if you ask.
Hosting
The site is published through a hosting provider. Like any web server, the provider may keep access logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested) for security and error tracking. Those logs fall under the provider's own policy; I do not read, process or use them for marketing.
Your rights
Under KVKK (Law 6698) and the GDPR you may ask whether data about you is processed, request a copy, ask for correction or deletion, and object to processing. In practice this site sends me nothing, so such requests generally cover only the conversations you have had with me directly.
Email arda@raxana.net and I will respond within 30 days at the latest.
Changes
If this policy changes, the "last updated" date above changes with it. As long as the site behaves the same way, the text stays the same.
